Program Breakdown:

Set Aside Grant (Forgivable after 5 years)

  • For households earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI)
  • First-time homebuyers: Up to $17,500 (increased from $12,500 in 2024)
  • Community partners (law enforcement, military/veterans, teachers, healthcare workers, etc.): Up to $20,000(increased from $15,000 in 2024)

Workforce Housing Plus Grant (No repayment, no lien)

  • For households earning 80.01% to 120% AMI
  • No first-time homebuyer or occupation requirement
  • Eligible for up to $15,000 toward a home purchase
